Bought for my daughter who experiences period cramps: she can't use it.
When warmed up; it's hot to put on and then once you can put it on, it cools down extremely quickly. Not effective at all: very disappointing

Waist wrap and shoulder wrap

Whilst generally they are excellent I have found that it is hard to get the right temperature when heating and that they also lose their heat quickly. The waist wrap is very comfortable and fits well as does the shoulder wrap.
