Combining heat/cold therapy with weighted sensory response infused with an aromatherapy blend is powerfully effective.

The gentle pressure helps relax the nervous system through a process called deep pressure touch stimulation.

Like a weighted blanket, the 'touch' is like the calming pressure of gentle massage, or getting a big hug. This process sends a relaxation trigger to the brain that affects the whole body and encourages the body to naturally lower cortisol levels while releasing feel-good hormones including melatonin, the sleep hormone. Our lavender blend wraps can be even more helpful at bed time.

Use hot, cold or at room temperature for weighted therapy only. Place the wrap over your shoulders and raise the collar around the back of your neck. Sit back and relax as the Therawrap Soothes and relaxes you.

It can also be placed anywhere on the body for targeted relief in a range of applications.

Heat Therapy: (Please see heating instructions included with your wrap for your microwave). Place the wrap in a clean microwave and heat for 1 minute. Rotate and heat further in 30-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.

The wrap should feel warm, not hot to touch. Do not overheat.

Cold Therapy: Seal the wrap in a plastic bag and place in a freezer for at least 2 hours before use. May be left in the freezer indefinitely until ready for use.

After heating or freezing your Therawrap product you can expect to experience 10-15 minutes of Therapeutic Heat or Cold. This can very due to ambient temperatures.

In most cases it is recommended to apply heat therapy in ten minute intervals.

Yes we do carry a non-aromatherapy version for those sensitive to smells. Still enjoy the benefits of weighted sensory response and the heat/cold therapy.

We have same day dispatch on orders placed before midday. We have a very quick warhouse team and partner with Australia Post, providing several pickups per day! For this reason it may not be possible to amend your order after it is placed.

You can expect delivery within 2-8 business days in most areas in Australia.

New Zealand orders can take 2-6 business days with Express Parcel Post.

International orders may take up to 14 business days or longer, and as quick as 4 business days.
