How to use

  • Apply waist belt and fasten with velcro snugly, but not too tight.
  • Adjust outer strap to desired pressure level using velcro ends to secure. Use the extension strap if needed with velcro ends to secure.
  • Ensure unit is charged. Press and hold power button to activate. Use the heat button to select heating program (45, 55 or 65C)
  • Use massage button to select massage function.
  • Switch temperature between F and C by long-pressing both function buttons.
  • Can be worn with infrared units on front or back to target desired area. Can be used on other parts of the body.
