Heat inner pouches in the microwave for 30 seconds rotating then heating for another 10 seconds if needed. Always check temperature before application.

Return pouches to booties and wear for therapeutic moist heat treatment for your feet.

Cold therapy, place inner pouch in freezer, inside a sealed plastic bag for at least one hour for relieving cold therapy.

For maximum pampering experience use in conjunction with our weighted neck & shoulder wrap and our therapeutic eye/face maks set!

Remove inner heating pouch for gentle machine wash.

Gentle wash/hand wash only.
